Tom Baddeley here, I am a certified Subaru sales professional. I joined the dealership in October 2020 as an Express Service Adviser, and have remained all about my customers’ needs. My friends and colleagues know me for being a nice, quiet guy who will do what’s possible to help others. I’m outgoing and enjoy learning more about the automotive industry, especially the Subaru brand. My hobbies include snowboarding, fly fishing, pheasant hunting, and disc golfing. I enjoy traveling to different places to snowboard, such as Canada and Japan. I’m also a big fan of the Manchester City Football Club.

Tom was great during my car buying experience. He is very personable, knowledgeable and his communication was really good. I have never bought a car on my own before nor from a dealer and it was a very positive experience. I really felt like he wanted me to find the right car and would take the time it needed. I was concerned I would feel pressured and I did not. I also appreciate the follow-up, and check ins and resources after I bought the car. I know that I would get help I needed if there was some issue during or after the purchase. I really love my new car.

I could not have asked for a better salesman to work with than Tom for purchasing my new car! I would work with him again in the future and HIGHLY recommend him.
