From beginning to final checkout, Simon was great about helping determine what I needed serviced based on my reasons for bringing the Forester in. He arranged for a loaner car, and at the end explained everything that was done. Good communicator.

Simon was very patient with me. I didn't know I needed to bring my insurance info. He spent a lot of time calling for me, however, they said they would send & didn't. I'm 83 yrs old. I kept looking for an e-mail from "Am. Family". It turned out I drove home to get info we needed in order for my courtesy car. Later in the day I found AF did respond to our request, but it was under "customer service".

My appointment went as smoothly as I could have hoped. He is friendly, and professional. My loaner vehicle went seamlessly, and as a consequence, I was in and then out quickly-with all the information I needed to understand what the brake replacement process entails, and what variables might affect time or cost. I really appreciated having that level of understanding as work was starting. Pick up later that day was similarly easy. Simon is a valuable member of you team!

My 2022 Subaru Outback has had several issues and Simon was amazing and helped me resolve not only the problems but was so responsive, respectful and kind. Know one likes dealing with car problems but Simon made everything so easy including a loaner car so I did not have to miss work. I will recommend Simon to family & friends!
