Sam was super knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a used non-Subaru, but Sam knew all the important background on the vehicle to answer my questions. But, he also wasn't afraid to indicate he wasn't sure on something and to reach out to another team member who did to get a definite answer or next-step. He was flexible, easygoing, and went out of his way to keep in communication while he was on vacation, which I felt bad about, but I wanted to make sure financing got locked in, so I wouldn't lose the vehicle. Since he couldn't complete the process while being out of town, he handed me over to a colleague to complete the purchase, which ran smoothly otherwise. If he can do all this with a non-Subaru while on vacation, I imagine his regular day-to-day sales and support must be about as good as you can get.
