About Roberto
Hi, My name is Roberto Saldivar I'm an Express Service Advisor at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. I've been in the automotive industry for over five years, starting as a technician and progressing to become a Service Center Manager eventually moving on to become an Express Advisor here at Bloomington Subaru. My experience gives me a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair as well as working with customers to address their concerns and needs and ensure they are being handled properly. I'm passionate about providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests leave with the knowledge and confidence to care for their vehicles. I explain things clearly and thoroughly, without pressure. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters ages 9 and 7 and spending quality time with my family, I also enjoy playing soccer I currently play in a men's Sunday league in Burnsville MN, I enjoy watching sports cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Club América. I also enjoy pro wrestling, In the past I have traveled extensively to places like (Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Mexico) just to name a few I enjoy traveling and exploring new scenery and culture. Spanish is my secondary language I speak and write it fluently. My family is from Puebla, Mexico which I have had the privilege to go to. I look forward to working with all of our great customers!

I know what was needed for my service work on my 2025 Subaru Forester which made the write up of the vehicle very easy. The coupons helped bring the cost down. Everything was done in less than an hour and Luther's lounge area made the time go quickly.
