I didn’t work with him. He answered a call I made but he was not there when I went to the dealer. Bill Olsen worked with me for several hours on two different days. Nyima called me to make a deposit on the car I had decided to buy on the day I had taken my husband to Mayo Clinic for appts. I told him I would call back that evening when we were to get home from Mayo. I felt pestered. I have no idea why Nyima’s name is so prevalent for the sale Mr Olsen actually made
