Mitch is superb. My car needed a few expensive but necessary items, but he made sure to look for and honor any coupons, even those I didn't know about. He was professional, expert, friendly, and kind. Amazingly, I'd been hit in a fender bender on the drive into Subaru, and he offered (and did) buff out virtually all of the damage at no cost. Made. my day.
