Welcome! It’s great being part of the team working hard to help customers buy and lease their dream cars. As a Subaru owner (I drive an Outback), I can honestly say that I love my car, especially the way it handles in tough weather. I like getting to know the great people that come into our dealership every day and my honest and friendly approach quickly puts clients at ease. I was born and raised right here in Bloomington, MN, graduated Lincoln Sr High and attended Normandale College. Before entering the automotive industry, I was a server for 30 years—the most requested server at Ciao Bella. My flair for customer care translated well to this work. I very quickly learned all I could about cars and sold over 135 Subarus in my first year! When I’m not working, I love to travel and be outdoors camping, kayaking, riding motorcycles and golfing. She has a great sense of humor and is direct and to the point in the best ways. Her follow up on the purchase has also been very responsive and flexible. She has continued to be great even weeks after the purchase between follow up and scheduling for a broken mirror to be fixed, a missing second key fob. Just great to feel like nothing fell through the cracks and Michelle was very prompt with responding to me about so many of these things. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a Subaru!
