Welcome! It’s great being part of the team working hard to help customers buy and lease their dream cars. As a Subaru owner (I drive an Outback), I can honestly say that I love my car, especially the way it handles in tough weather. I like getting to know the great people that come into our dealership every day and my honest and friendly approach quickly puts clients at ease. I was born and raised right here in Bloomington, MN, graduated Lincoln Sr High and attended Normandale College. Before entering the automotive industry, I was a server for 30 years—the most requested server at Ciao Bella. My flair for customer care translated well to this work. I very quickly learned all I could about cars and sold over 135 Subarus in my first year! When I’m not working, I love to travel and be outdoors camping, kayaking, riding motorcycles and golfing. I also like cooking, entertaining, dancing and playing board games. Ready for great service? Come on down and I’ll take great care of you!

Outstanding! We had been waiting for another consultant when Michelle walked into the showroom, and right away we liked her vibes: her hair scooped up in wild curls, her confident yet offbeat attitude and great smile. We immediately walked over to her and asked if she could work with us and SHE SAID YES. We went upstairs to her desk and talked about the kind of things we wanted a car to do, and she told us about sales, about different models, and took us out to test drive one model. The next day was Thanksgiving but we were back the day after to continue our search--and we changed models! I was done driving a small chid in a booster seat with a big dog in the back--I wanted something nimble, smaller yet spacious, and we chose the Subaru Outback after MUCH dithering. Michelle was hilarious, patient, well-informed, and the best advocate you could want at a car dealership. In fact, she was fully herself, allowing us to be fully ourselves too, so that we got the car we wanted and not the one we were "supposed" to have. I can't praise this salesperson enough!

Michelle is very good. She spent a lot of time with me. She listened carefully and anticipated my needs and my concerns. She was thoughtful and patient. Never had that kind of experience buying a car before (and I have had practice - in my 70’s.)
