For 13 years, I’ve worked in the auto industry and became a part of the team in August 2019, providing approachable and personable service. One of the best feelings is seeing people genuinely happy that their cars are leaving the dealership better than they came in due to my hard work. I am always ready to help customers and take the time to explain the situation and options straightforwardly. You can depend on me for quality and excellent customer service. I’m always up for conversations about automotive technology; it sparks joy in the discussions. You can catch me building a Gundam model kit in my free time. However, spending time with my son, Grey, is a top priority. He loves automobiles just like his dad!

I had my car in to replace all 4 tires. When the tires did not arrive to the dealership on time, Michael worked with me for the next 2 days making sure the loaner car was covered and the price match for the tires was honored at time of check out. He was helpful and kept me up to date on the status of the tire delivery, installation, and completion of service. I'd be happy to work with Michael again the next time I bring my Crosstrek in for service.
