One of the best feelings is seeing people genuinely happy that their cars are leaving the dealership better than they came in due to my hard work. I am always ready to help customers and take the time to explain the situation and options straightforwardly. You can depend on me for quality and excellent customer service. I’m always up for conversations about automotive technology; it sparks joy in the discussions. You can catch me building a Gundam model kit in my free time. However, spending time with my son, Grey, is a top priority. He loves automobiles just like his dad!

Michael went above and beyond with my car! I originally took my car in for an oil leak, and he noticed the screen of my entertainment center was delaminated, and I couldn't use the whole system. He looked into warranty coverage on the screen and how to get it replaced without any cost to me! He's so kind and I would recommend him to anyone.
