Hi! As aservice advisor, I’d like to welcome you to the Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru website and hope to work with you soon. You can rely on me for quality service every step of the way. My top priority is taking care of your automotive needs, regardless of how large or small those issues may be. I joined the dealership in September 2017 and have built some of the most incredible relationships among clients, team members, and management. I grew up in MN and graduated from Chaska High School. Some of my skills include being bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently. I love spending time with my friends and family, especially my beautiful baby girl. I also like to take trips when possible, especially to Guatemala, where my mother was born, and El Salvador, where my father is from; I frequently visit loved ones. Great, however, I believe the maintenance tech used an impact on my oil pan nut and over tightened it. I dyi my oil change and never had a problem getting it off. This time after having it in for service I had to use a breaker bar to get it off. I’m sure a reply of we torque to spec is coming. But it was too tight. In addition, the oil level was way past full indicating a top-off occurred(which I appreciate) but overfilling is a concern.
