Hi! My name's Kear Dahle, a new vehicle sales and leasing consultant here to solve your automotive needs! I provide transparency, honesty, positivity, and respect. Whether working with family and friends or meeting new people, I take pride in every situation. Customers can rely on me to make sure they are heard, and I do everything to ensure they have fun and get into the vehicle of their dreams. Before working in the auto world, the bulk of my career was in the IT field. I decided to try something different in 2019. I found that the car business provided me with that one thing that was mostly missing from the land of 1's and 0's - human interaction! After spending about three years with a dealership in the northern metro, I moved to Bloomington Subaru in 2024, and I am thrilled to be a part of the team! In my free time, I love being around friends and family. Staying close to home means I have more time to keep being the mediocre tennis player and hack golfer I've always been. I also spend most of my days volunteering with rescue animals locally, which provides the balance between what pays the bills and what feeds your soul. Electronics and music are other interests of mine, especially the bass guitar. If sports, music, and cars are being discussed, I love jumping into the conversation!

It was such a smooth experience every step of the way working with Keär to purchase my new Subaru Forester. Absolutely outstanding! Kear is an 12 out of 10 in our mind. We were extremely impressed at how professional and personable Kear was. He took his time to show us multiple cars and help us find the vehicle that fit what we were looking for. We never felt pressured, never felt like we were a hassle, and he gave us 100% of his focus and time. The biggest challenge when looking for a new car is feeling like you can trust who you are working with, but with Kear you know you are working with a trustworthy individual who just wants to help and not just get a sale.
