I am a Sales Consultant at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru, where I take pride in contributing to our team’s reputation for excellent customer service and collaborative work. Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Business Analytics from Bethel University. As a first-generation professional in the auto industry, I am passionate about the Subaru brand. I personally drive an Impreza and value the Symmetrical AWD system for the stability it has provided me in difficult driving conditions. I enjoy the process of showing off cars that I genuinely enjoy, and I appreciate the fast-paced environment of the dealership. My approach to sales is built on being a friendly listener; I believe buying a car is an exciting milestone, and I enjoy hearing my customers' personal stories and concerns. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to assist a wider range of clients effectively. Outside of work, my interests are varied. I am an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and enjoy using my background in analytics to manage my fantasy football and basketball teams, as well as informatively conducting research on other topics I'm passionate about. When I’m not analyzing sports or watching informative automotive videos, I am typically mountain biking, maintaining my own personally built PC, or gaming. In casual settings, I enjoy discussing trending topics and learning from the experiences of others. I also enjoy learning many of my favorite subjects through watching YouTube videos or reading up on websites that can provide more information.
