About James
Fresh off the bus from Apple Valley, this is my first foray into the world of car sales, specifically with New Subaru Sales and Leasing here at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. You might recognize me from Eastview High, and I'm a lifelong Denver Broncos fan. I'm excited to help people find the right car for them. Nothing beats seeing a guest drive off with a smile on their face. I'm a pretty easygoing guy and I make sure everyone is comfortable. I enjoy working out, cooking, sports and, of course, cars. I love talking about food, dogs, and vehicles, so feel free to strike up a conversation. I'm passionate about helping people find a car that makes them happy.

We appreciated the purchase through the Costco program. After answering questions online, James contacted us and we came out to talk about what we were looking for in a replacement vehicle. We took some time (couple weeks) before returning to see James. We were deciding on another vehicle manufacturer also. Our prior vehicle we owned for 16 years and technology has greatly changed in vehicle use and performance during this time. He patiently answered questions. He was knowledgeable on the car features. We test drove an Outback. He found the model with the color and features we were looking for. The purchase went smoothly. 0.9% financing was a great deal. We will recommend James to any family or friends looking at Subaru's. We also appreciate not being overwhelmed with all the features on this car right away. Being given the notebook to write down questions and return in a few weeks of driving to get these questions answered. We felt that James wanted us to be pleased with our purchase and there was not even a hint of pressure with this purchase. Thank you.
