I have always had joy in assisting people in accomplishing something important. Even offering excellent customer service to make my guest happier is something I strive to do. Customers can always count on me for optimism, kindness, and willingness to help. I go above and beyond for my guests. When it comes to my free time, I play basketball for fun. I love to work out with friends, watch concerts, and try new restaurants or a good book. Being part of a team and a community that strives to be great is one of the best aspects of this industry. I love meeting so many people, from my coworkers to our clients.
