I have always had joy in assisting people in accomplishing something important. Even offering excellent customer service to make my guest happier is something I strive to do. Customers can always count on me for optimism, kindness, and willingness to help. I go above and beyond for my guests. When it comes to my free time, I play basketball for fun. I love to work out with friends, watch concerts, and try new restaurants or a good book. Being part of a team and a community that strives to be great is one of the best aspects of this industry. I love meeting so many people, from my coworkers to our clients. We have a huge community at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru, and I look forward to servicing you and being recommended to help your family!

Fantastic! Ilena was very patient and kind. She offered to get a car at the end of the day from an off-site lot. When she arrived, she cleared it from all of the snow for us to test drive. It happened to be the one we purchased. Thanks for making car shopping a great experience!
