I have always had joy in assisting people in accomplishing something important. Even offering excellent customer service to make my guest happier is something I strive to do. Customers can always count on me for optimism, kindness, and willingness to help. I go above and beyond for my guests. When it comes to my free time, I play basketball for fun. I love to work out with friends, watch concerts, and try new restaurants or a good book. Being part of a team and a community that strives to be great is one of the best aspects of this industry. I love meeting so many people, from my coworkers to our clients. I really appreciate all the effort that Ilenna went through for me. I bought the car from out of state and she went through and took all the pictures and videos I needed. She gave me every answer to every question I asked and when she didn't know she found out. 10/10 best car buying experience I've had. My only regret is that it wasn't in person, but even so Ilenna was amazing!

Ilenna went above and beyond to make our car purchase a great experience. The car needed a paint repair and she personally picked it up from us and left a loaner. When the car was done she delivered it back to us and picked up the loaner. She was very patient with us through the process and answered all our questions.
