About Heather
Hello! My name is Heather and I’m a Service Advisor here at Bloomington Subaru. I’m born and raised in Minnesota and have lived all over the Twin Cities area and beyond. Most recently, I moved back down here from up north in Grand Rapids, MN back at the end of 2024. On my off time, I enjoy the outdoors in many forms but especially love it even more when I have my camera with me! I also dabble in the creative space with acrylic painting and scrapbooking to name a few. I’ve now been with Subaru since January of 2025, but my dealership experience goes back much farther. I started in the automotive industry back in 2015 as a technician. From there, my love of helping others helped me in landing my eventual role as a Service Advisor in 2018. Since then, my goal in this role has always been to shift others view of the automotive industry. I always aim to be honest, transparent, educational, open, and understanding when it comes to my guests wants and needs. To me, gaining confidence and the trust of others is by far the most rewarding and important part of my job. I hope to work with you soon!

Heather went above and beyond for me when I had my car in for service. She was very friendly and helpful and even dug in her trash because she remembered a coupon that someone threw away that helped save me money on my service!
