Hey Chris. I never called you back. My apologies! I'm LOVING the Ascent, and everything you did for the sale was greatly appreciated. You made the wait go smoothly, attended to me and communication was strong when you had to step out and take care of things. I always felt you had me in your peripherals during the day. Chris is terrific!! He sold me a car 5 years ago and I was sad to hear he moved to Arizona; ecstatic to hear he returned. I reached out to him during one of my stops for service at Luther Bloomington Subaru and told him in the near future I would be interested in purchasing a new Forester hybrid. He patiently waited for me to reach out again, no pressure, just waited. When I did reconnect he was prepared and invited me in for a test drive. He was casual but professional, sharing information about the inventory related to the premium model. Color for me was not necessarily a priority but securing a Forester was and he quickly informed me of my options. We went on a test drive which convinced me the Forester was the right choice. I asked him to give me a day to make a decision. Unfortunately, when I contacted him about my decision, the car we drove had been sold. I went to another dealership just to see what their position was and shared their offer with Chris (I told him previously I would give him first opportunity to sell me a new car). He took the information I provided and got back to me with a counteroffer that was appealing. When I counter offered he said he would see what he could do and got back to me right away with an offer I simply could not refuse. All throughout, he was prompt with his communication - direct, on the phone except when he needed to send printed material. Chris never tried to steer me, coerce or pressure me, merely gave the information straight and clearly in a comfortable, friendly manner. He answered every question in a understandable manner and consistently asked if I understood or needed to hear more. I was very comfortable with our interactions and appreciated his open, friendly and no pressure approach. At the closing he connected me with a host of other resources which helped me tremendously w I will buy from him again, no question about it!! Thank you Chris and Bloomington Subaru for a delightful, satisfying experience.

Chris was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and honest. The car was the only one of the model on the lot and had just arrived the day before, so he had gaps in his knowledge. But he freely admitted this and made every effort to get whatever information we needed and to answer all of our questions. Great experience.

Chris is incredible! My wife and I met him at the Auto Show. He was super generous with his time and gave us a ton of great information. He didn’t act like a salesman at all. More like a friend. A few weeks later when we were actually in the need for a car, I called him. He helped us over three nights, staying past when he was supposed to be off work. He even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. All around great experience. So much so that when my brother-in-law needed a car a few weeks later, we went to Chris. Two cars in a month to one family and we may be making it three! When most car buying experiences are dreadful, Chris and everyone else at Bloomington Subaru actually made it fun. Now we have a new friend to go along with our new cars!
