As an elder female I was impressed about how Brian interacted with me. He clearly answered all of my questions, he addressed my concerns, and he even provided some information that perhaps I should have asked about but didn't. I later met with a different Subaru dealership in the area but returned to Luther Bloomington for the purchase because I was impressed with the service I received from Brian Samuels.

Brian was kind and helpful from the first minute we met him and through the car buying process. He is so knowledgable about Subarus which we really valued as we bought our first Subaru with this purchase.
