Mr. Anderson (Alex) works with the customer to determine the best course of service action for what the vehicle most requires today. Further, Alex compliments the quality of the owner's vehicle, reinforcing the customer's confidence that this "good ride" will receive proper care from the team of Subaru service techs and mechanics on task here.
